To ensure efficient order processing and service delivery, easy may share relevant contact details such as first name, last name, delivery address, and phone number with customers, business partners, or third-party logistics services. Delivery champion contact details may be disclosed to easy’s staff and third-party service providers involved in order assignment, technical support, platform performance analysis, or customer support. However, easy does not sell or share personal contact information with unauthorized third parties, except as outlined in this Privacy Policy or when legally required to do so; for example, by court order or for fraud prevention and law enforcement purposes.
easy is not interested in collecting, storing, or retaining any debit or credit card details of delivery champions. Payments for completed deliveries are advanced as salary by easy to the delivery champion/third-party logistics providers. easy does not directly handle or retain any debit or credit card details of delivery champions.
For online payout transactions, easy securely transmits payment details directly to the relevant third-party payment gateway in an encrypted format, in full compliance with internationally recognized security standards and protocols. easy does not collect, process, or store any delivery champion card details on its own systems.
All card information is encrypted and securely stored by the payment gateway. easy only receives payout confirmations from the gateway and does not have access to full card data. Funds are first processed by the payment gateway and then transferred to easy through standard bank transfers.
Tips received by the delivery champion are 100% owned by the delivery champion. Delivery champions may choose to transfer any received tips to their customer account balance within the easy platform, where the tip amount can be used by them as credit for future services.
When completing a delivery through easy, delivery champions are required to provide personal details such as name, address, phone number, email address, location, and other relevant information necessary to process and complete the delivery. This information is shared with the customer and the selected business partner strictly for delivery fulfillment purposes.
easy has agreements in place with all business partners and service providers that prohibit the further processing or disclosure of personal information beyond what is required to complete the transaction.
